NetSuite ERP Administrator (Finance Systems)

Location: Torrance, United States; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and optimize finance systems including NetSuite ERP, WMS, MES, FP&A, and billing platforms.
• Translate finance and business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and IT.
• Lead integrations with CRM, HRIS and equity, MES, and data warehouse systems.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, automated workflows, and reporting infrastructure for planning, close, and consolidation.
• Resolve system issues, data integrity problems, and process bottlenecks while managing upgrades, patches, and change processes.
• Maintain architecture documentation and support internal controls, audits, data security, and tool evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance systems design and architecture, ERP administration, or a similar technical role.
• Experience scoping and managing projects, gathering requirements, assessing solutions, and securing stakeholder approval.
• Hands-on experience with a major ERP platform such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with financial data models.
• Knowledge of APIs, ETL pipelines, middleware, and core accounting concepts including GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, consolidations, projects, and manufacturing.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, physical asset management, or regulated environments.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, or global operations.
• Scripting or programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with SOX compliance, financial audits, BI, or reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
