Oracle SCM Functional Lead (Oracle EBS/Cloud)

Salary: $134,750–$192,500 annual base salary

What you will do

• Serve as the application and process subject-matter expert for supply chain planning functions.
• Lead business systems projects from initiation through deployment, including coordination, tracking, stakeholder communication, and change management.
• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS SCM modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Bills of Material, and Work in Process.
• Lead implementation and support for Oracle Cloud Planning modules including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning.
• Analyze business requirements, create functional and technical specifications, and participate in solution architecture and SCM transformation discussions.
• Maintain data governance and integration consistency, troubleshoot production issues, support enhancements and lifecycle activities, and coordinate testing, documentation, training, and custom development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Planning applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, MRP/MPS, order fulfillment, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Experience with PL/SQL, SQL queries, data migration, and REST/SOAP integration technologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, project coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with EBS-to-Cloud coexistence models.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certification in Planning or Supply Chain.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
