Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and customize modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and App Engine.
• Create complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
• Build custom Service Portal widgets using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Manage integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to a team of developers.

Requirements

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong expertise in App Engine and custom application development.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Proficiency in designing complex integrations using Integration Hub.
