What you will do
- Manage physical security operations and a 24x7x365 outsourced security personnel team, including access control, visitor registration, patrolling, and emergency response.
- Lead building operations and soft services, including cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control, repairs, front-of-house facilities, lifts, gates, and loading dock areas.
- Manage third-party service agreements, KPIs, quotes, work orders, contracts, pricing, and operational budgets.
- Coordinate facilities requests, repairs and maintenance, projects, environmental health and safety matters, and change management.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, site accreditations, ISMS, SOC2, and PCI requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries while coordinating access and facilities requests for customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities, property, building operations, or front-of-house services.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Experience managing third-party service providers, KPIs, contracts, pricing, and Opex or Capex budgets.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, and training junior staff and implementing operational processes.
- Familiarity with customer portals and security systems, including accessing CCTV archive data.
- Knowledge of local regulations, repair and maintenance, health and safety, customer management, and effective presentations.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Tamil.
- Experience in environmental and sustainability management, such as UL2799.
