Regional Facilities Manager, North Central

What you will do

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance across offices, branches, and repair centers in the assigned region.
• Develop 2D architectural plans and 3D renderings for new and existing facilities using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Lead property acquisition, lease coordination, office development, and employee relocation projects.
• Manage facility upgrades from planning through execution, including timelines, design reviews, contractors, budgets, quality control, and handover documentation.
• Select and oversee vendors, monitor service-level performance, resolve issues, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Prepare regional budgets, implement cost-saving initiatives, support workspace improvements, and report on facilities performance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure development, and project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end facility projects across multiple locations.
• Strong space-planning and architectural-design experience, including 2D and 3D drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and HSE regulations.
• Valid HSE certification and practical HSE implementation experience are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Membership in a professional body such as IFMA or ARCON.
