Indirect Team Representatives (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Metropolitan City of Milan, Italy; on-site

What you will do

• Assist partners with onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants.
• Identify and engage prospective partners to promote the collaboration framework.
• Act as the first point of contact for partners and address their requests.
• Escalate issues beyond the available resolution capacity by opening support cases.
• Drive production and growth within the Indirect Team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally to improve partner relationships and business impact.
• Ability to identify business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence interacting with people at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while delivering parallel projects.
• Business-level English and Italian required.
