What you will do

  • Support the execution of human acquisition and activation initiatives across internal sales channels and the Sales Network.
  • Ensure seamless cooperation between Human Sales, Operations, and Product teams to support effective commercial distribution.
  • Drive the execution of commercial initiatives, campaigns, and pilots, ensurhirify.global consistency and scalability.
  • Improve inflow quality, conversion rates, and speed-to-activation through structured execution and performance monitorhirify.global.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear operational actions and execution plans.
  • Support the rollout of new human interaction models, ensurhirify.global operational robustness and compliance.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in commercial roles, sales execution, or cross-functional project environments.
  • Proven experience coordinathirify.global across Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Availability to travel within Italy as required by the role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solvhirify.global.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
