What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts in Italy, ensuring stability and client retention.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers to align solutions with their business goals.
  • Lead the negotiation process for contract renewals and ensure favorable terms.
  • Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, technical services, and support teams to ensure client success.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to create sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Consulting.
  • Experience leading large enterprise customers, preferably within Commerce, CRM, CDP, or DXP platforms.
  • Fluent Italian required.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas using CRM and forecasting tools.
  • Must be based in Italy.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Martech, Adtech, or Search.
  • Background in Commerce or Digital Experience.
