What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts in Italy, ensuring stability and client retention.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers to align solutions with their business goals.
- Lead the negotiation process for contract renewals and ensure favorable terms.
- Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical services, and support teams to ensure client success.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to create sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Consulting.
- Experience leading large enterprise customers, preferably within Commerce, CRM, CDP, or DXP platforms.
- Fluent Italian required.
- Fluency in English required.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas using CRM and forecasting tools.
- Must be based in Italy.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Martech, Adtech, or Search.
- Background in Commerce or Digital Experience.
