What you will do
- Build, mentor, and grow an electrical engineering team focused on compute and sensing systems.
- Recruit, hire, and retain electrical engineers specializing in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and embedded systems.
- Lead the development of ruggedized carrier boards for NVIDIA high-performance System-on-Modules.
- Define compute-cluster power architecture for high-transient loads and harsh electrical environments.
- Direct sensor integration, electrical interfacing, synchronization, and low-latency data delivery for the autonomy stack.
- Guide design reviews covering PCB layout, thermal management, EMI/EMC compliance, and high-speed data protocols.
Requirements
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience focused on high-speed digital design.
- 3+ years in formal people management or engineering leadership.
- Experience shipping products based on NVIDIA Jetson or a similar System-on-Module, including custom carrier board design and bring-up.
- Expertise in high-speed PCB design with 12+ layers, signal integrity simulation, and power integrity analysis.
- Deep knowledge of GMSL2, FPD-Link III, Ethernet, and CAN-FD interfaces for perception sensors.
- B.S. degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
