Senior Operations Manager

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; onsite fulfillment center operations.

What you will do

• Establish procedures for receiving and shipping verification, material handling, inventory control, and warehouse product placement.
• Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment, coordinate repairs and replacements, and ensure sanitation, security, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
• Manage facility budgets and P&L while monitoring KPIs to improve profitability, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with customer service, sales, and other functional areas.
• Hire, train, schedule, assign, and evaluate supervisory and hourly staff while leading teams of 40+ employees.
• Resolve complaints and operational problems, maintain accurate timekeeping, and lead cultural change when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, fulfillment center, or distribution center operations.
• 6–8 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and leading teams of 40+ employees.
• Experience with performance management, labor management systems, and productivity initiatives.
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel, Outlook or Gmail, project management software, WMS, and process workflow creation.
• Ability to present information, solve practical problems, interpret varied instructions, and manage situations with limited standardization.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience building leadership layers down to the associate level.
