Senior Operations Manager

Location: ATL2 - Atlanta, GA - 4950 Mason Road, United States; onsite distribution center role

What you will do

• Oversee fulfillment center operations across inbound, put-away, outbound, B2C/B2B fulfillment, and returns.
• Build staffing plans using volume forecasts, headcount ratios, productivity standards, and real-time demand changes.
• Manage operational KPIs including location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, productivity, throughput, shrink, and equipment utilization.
• Own operational P&L and payroll, explaining the drivers of site profitability and cost performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot the WMS, analyze complex operational datasets, and present clear data-driven recommendations.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, operations leads, and associates while partnering with engineering, implementations, customer quality, HR, Safety, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume direct-to-consumer environment in a manager-level role or higher.
• Experience leading at least 5 salaried employees and at least 60 non-exempt employees.
• Experience running highly technical, automated operations in a facility of 200,000 square feet or larger.
• WMS configuration and troubleshooting experience, plus advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience supporting operational startups or change-management projects; a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Ability to work onsite in a distribution center, use material-handling equipment such as forklifts, lift up to 20 pounds, and work occasional non-standard hours or overtime.
