Technical Program Director - Healthcare

Location: Remote in the United States; hybrid for candidates in the San Antonio, Texas area, with two days per week at the hirify.global headquarters. Travel up to 25%.

Salary: $165,830–$243,141.80 per year, depending on geographic market, skills, knowledge, and experience. Additional incentive compensation, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan may be available.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, governance, and end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise healthcare programs across multiple interdependent projects.
• Direct infrastructure, private cloud, networking, security, migration, platform, and operational transition workstreams.
• Serve as the senior accountable interface for CIOs, CTOs, program sponsors, clinical stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
• Manage program financial performance, forecasting, revenue recognition, invoicing, margins, costs, bids, and contractual outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, patient safety, clinical availability, data privacy, cybersecurity, resilience, and regulatory risks.
• Lead quality reviews, audits, assurance activities, resource planning, RACI definition, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience delivering complex enterprise programs, including large-scale, high-risk, multi-stream initiatives.
• Experience with data center infrastructure, private cloud, hybrid cloud, strict SLAs, contractual frameworks, governance, PMO standards, and financial management.
• Strong executive presence and customer-facing leadership experience with strategic enterprise customers.
• Strong healthcare experience, including HIPAA/HITECH, patient safety, clinical systems, FHIR/HL7 interoperability, data protection, and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant additional experience may substitute at the manager’s discretion.
• PMP certification required.

• Master’s degree.
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
