Associate VP, Program Delivery

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $203,400–$279,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Strategically implement government programs and contracts, including TRICARE and Veterans programs.
• Lead a portfolio of transformational initiatives and high-priority efforts across contracts.
• Coordinate with military leadership, beneficiaries, market leadership, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
• Support transitions into and out of contracts and manage change orders.
• Work with Executive Program Leads to advance program objectives.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required under the Department of Defense contract.
• Interim approval for a government security clearance through the National Background Investigation Service is required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15 years of leadership experience in health plan management.
• 5 years of experience working with government clients and government contracting reporting requirements at the federal or state level.
• Experience with IT project implementations, large-scale healthcare client implementations, claims, call and clinical operations, performance management, and financial tracking.
