Program Manager (Federal)

Location: Remote (USA), small chance for ad hoc client meetings in Washington, D.C.; ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance required

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

• Facilitate meetings between client staff, delivery managers, and solution architects to translate business needs into solutions.
• Provide inputs and status updates in weekly, monthly, and quarterly management review meetings.
• Develop and maintain product management artifacts, weekly reports, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Support documentation and maturation of management processes, including recommendations for improvements.
• Manage program deliverables, teaming partner relationships, and mentor junior staff.
• Support corporate initiatives for staff development and business growth; occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in federal consulting and/or government environments
• Minimum 6 years supporting a large corporation or government agency
• PMP certification
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
