Customer Experience, Program Manager | Northeast Region (Healthcare)

Location: Remote – National US; travel up to 50% required

Salary: $115,000–$149,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and lead end-to-end customer experience strategies that improve adoption of the Zio Service.
• Create customer journeys and differentiated solutions supporting clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Partner with healthcare executives and cardiology leaders at large health systems to define program goals and success metrics.
• Analyze existing cardiac monitoring programs, identify challenges, and recommend operational improvements.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, EHR integration, account management, billing, clinical operations, and customer service teams.
• Prioritize initiatives against business goals and performance metrics, including physician adoption across large health systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of similar experience with a master’s degree.
• Experience working with large health systems in a consultative capacity, preferably in device or clinical sales, healthcare process improvement, cardiovascular leadership, or a clinical role.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, influencing, data analysis, and prioritization skills.
• Experience using business tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Visio.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in cardiology or a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.
