Technical Program Manager, Infra (AI)

Location: New York City office with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days of in-office work per week; Thursdays are required in the office

Salary: $117,576.00–$154,318.50 per year, plus benefits and annual performance bonuses

What you will do

• Plan and execute complex technical programs across cloud infrastructure, compute platforms, identity and access management, observability, continuous delivery, developer tooling, AI infrastructure, and data infrastructure.
• Translate technical strategy into executable roadmaps, work plans, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead end-to-end system implementations, from discovery through adoption and operational handoff.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and decisions with Engineering, Product, Data, Security, IT, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze program risks, develop mitigation recommendations, and communicate options to management and business partners.
• Improve technical program management processes, tools, and systems to increase operational efficiency and unlock new technology capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or process-oriented operations.
• 3+ years of experience using coding languages such as SQL to analyze project performance and risks and produce management reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of commensurate experience.
• Ability to work from the New York City office 3 days per week, including Thursdays.

Nice to have

• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Healthcare experience.
• Metrics-driven program and project management experience focused on reducing defects.
• Experience managing technical or system implementations.
