Senior Program Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex technology service delivery programs or portfolios, owning scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, contractual compliance, staffing, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple projects, teams, workstreams, and subcontracting partners.
• Translate customer priorities into strategic program plans, objectives, success measures, and delivery plans.
• Manage customer and senior stakeholder relationships, communicate risks and dependencies, and build consensus around program outcomes.
• Oversee contract obligations, change management, financial forecasting, subcontractor performance, quality standards, and CPARS-related outcomes.
• Lead, coach, hire, and develop program team members while supporting staffing, interviewing, capture, proposals, and growth activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent additional experience.
• 5+ years managing complex technology service delivery programs or projects, including scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, and contractual requirements.
• Experience managing customer relationships, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project or program management tools.
• PMP and/or ITIL certification plus a current Agile certification such as PMI-ACP, AgilePM Foundation, ICP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent.
• Prior government or government contracting experience, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience leading large federal government technology or digital services programs, especially U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs programs.
• Experience managing federal program financials, subcontractors, CPARS performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience supporting federal capture, recompetes, proposals, new business, and organic growth opportunities.
• Experience working within ISO and CMMI quality frameworks and managing multiple projects or programs within a portfolio.
