Direct Sales Representative (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Padua, Verona, or Treviso, Italy

What you will do

• Promote payment and financial services by visiting client premises.
• Support merchants through verification, registration, and activation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and encourage active product usage.
• Provide in-person consultation and present product features and benefits.
• Perform scheduled and self-initiated sales activities, including travel to clients and industry events.
• Escalate issues beyond the assigned resolution scope by opening support cases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of business development experience, preferably in financial services.
• Understanding of financial product and service features and benefits.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong negotiation, organization, diary management, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and demonstrate a technology-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English and Italian required.
