What you will do

• Own the demand-generation system, using qualified demos as the primary goal and ARR and payback as guardrails.
• Develop positioning and messaging through customer insight, sales calls, data, and systematic experimentation.
• Find, validate, and scale creative and predictable growth channels.
• Turn successful approaches into repeatable systems and build a lean, AI-native marketing team.
• Own brand and product marketing execution in partnership with the founders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success finding and scaling revenue-generating growth channels.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup and personally executing before building a team.
• Strong selling, copywriting, and audience-messaging skills.
• First-principles thinking, unconventional idea generation, and a high volume of experiments.
• Strong numerical and analytical rigor, including the ability to explain and replicate results.
• Daily use of AI tools for building, automation, and operations.
