Head of Marketing (AI)

Location: Seoul, South Korea; hybrid

hirify.global builds an AI-powered, conversation-first language-learning tutor serving learners across more than 40 countries and 15+ languages.

What you will do

• Lead marketing execution and strategy for hirify.global’s Korean B2C market.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead strategic marketing and business initiatives.
• Own key market performance metrics, including LTV, ARR, subscribers, key accounts, and brand awareness.
• Manage Brand, Growth, Partnership, and Marketing Design teams in Korea.
• Coordinate local product needs with CX, Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Build relationships with major markets including Japan and Taiwan, and coach team members.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of marketing experience, including leadership experience, ideally in technology startups.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Korean is required.
• Strong record of achieving business goals and exceeding expectations.
• Experience with high-growth, high-impact projects and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for building high-performance teams.
• Ability to travel as needed, most often to the San Francisco headquarters.

• Experience starting a company or holding a C-level role.
• Experience leading localized marketing in a technology startup.
