Enterprise Product Marketing Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building an autonomous AI Production Engineer that investigates and fixes complex system issues end-to-end.

What you will do

• Define and evolve positioning and messaging for enterprise buyers, including CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear narratives for engineers, SREs, developers, and engineering leaders.
• Support product launches from messaging and content through cross-functional coordination and execution.
• Create technical blogs, product demos, videos, thought leadership content, sales enablement materials, pitch decks, and competitive battlecards.
• Gather customer, prospect, competitive, and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Partner with sales, product, engineering, demand generation, and growth marketing teams to drive awareness, adoption, pipeline, and revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-driven products.
• Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to turn technical depth into compelling value propositions.
• Experience marketing to technical audiences and launching products or executing go-to-market initiatives.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and demand generation teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, metrics, and research to measure impact.
• Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
