Growth Operations Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building an autonomous AI Production Engineer that investigates and fixes complex software maintenance and production issues end-to-end.

What you will do

• Own top-of-funnel and pipeline generation through field events, influencer marketing, webinars, paid advertising, partner programs, and related initiatives.
• Expand reach and trust within the engineering community and other technical audiences.
• Lead integrated campaigns, product launches, and strategic programs in partnership with Sales and Product.
• Design, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across social, programmatic, influencer, and web optimization channels.
• Build account-based marketing and direct mail campaigns for target accounts.
• Help establish the go-to-market engine, infrastructure, programs, and team culture from 0→1.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, program management, or growth marketing in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• AI-first mindset and comfort using AI tools in marketing work.
• Familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks and data integration workflows.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Systems-thinking approach, proactive problem solving, and comfort working in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
