Focus on designing new tooling, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, reducing scrap, and leading continuous improvement projects.

What you will do

Provide technical support for electroplating processes and maintain plating-line operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, capacity, process stability, scrap reduction, and quality.
Work with maintenance and equipment engineering to troubleshoot issues, create maintenance plans, and recommend tooling upgrades.
Design and fabricate tooling for existing and new products, and lead new development projects with vendors.
Maintain process documentation, prepare management reports, and provide technical training to production personnel.
Support wastewater treatment plant operations and coordinate corrective, preventive, and quality-improvement actions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of related work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Comfort working in a chemical environment.
Ability to troubleshoot plating processes and equipment and support process capability monitoring.
