Associate Engineer, Process Engineering (Litho)

What you will do

• Develop and modify lithography process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and assess product development requirements for process compatibility, costs, and schedules.
• Establish standard operating procedures and FMEA documentation for related processes.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve process performance indices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
