What you will do

• Sustain production lines through SPC/FDC monitoring, CPK improvement, and troubleshooting of process and tool issues.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on process robustness, cost efficiency, capacity, and manufacturing productivity.
• Develop process recipes for new and existing technologies and improve process performance using big data analytics, statistical analysis, and structured problem solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, other fabs, and OEM suppliers to converge best-known methods for recipes, materials, methods, and Industry 4.0 automation.
• Support production ramp schedules through process qualification, productivity improvements, and new tool releases.
• Train and guide Associate Engineers while contributing to patents, technical papers, seminars, job rotations, and overseas assignments.

Requirements

• MS or BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, learn new skills, and take initiative.
• Knowledge of big data analysis and AI/ML; Python coding is an advantage.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication is an advantage.
