Manufacturing Engineer – Mechanical (Manufacturing)

Salary: $103,200–$161,250 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Create and maintain work instructions, process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and production performance reports.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, workflows, and workstations.
• Lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, manufacturing, design, R&D, and quality teams on projects and new product introduction.
• Develop manufacturing plans, processes, tools, project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Specify, procure, install, commission, and maintain production equipment, including preventive maintenance planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency with CAD software; SolidWorks is preferred.
• Experience with MES and ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
• Knowledge of machining, sheet metal, injection molding, or assembly processes, plus data analysis tools such as Excel or MATLAB.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, project coordination, and cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory compliance and ISO 13485 in a manufacturing environment.
