What you will do
- Control and fine-schedule production orders to ensure efficient production workflows.
- Plan, load, and monitor production deadlines based on capacity and material availability.
- Coordinate production activities across Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Industrial Engineering.
- Monitor capacity utilization, identify bottlenecks early, and drive their resolution.
- Create, maintain, and adjust production plans to support on-time deliveries.
- Analyze and continuously improve planning processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training with further education in production planning, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in industrial production control and production planning.
- Knowledge of ERP and MES systems.
- Analytical and structured approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented working style.
