What you will do

• Monitor sales, cost, customer complaint, and other operational data; identify abnormal indicators and prepare improvement plans and reports.
• Conduct store inspections, provide hands-on operational guidance, and support new store launches.
• Ensure standardized processes, product displays, inventory management, and operational compliance.
• Coordinate with headquarters, marketing, and supply chain departments to allocate resources and support store activities.
• Develop and deliver training on sales techniques, service standards, and system operations.
• Monitor labor and consumable costs, analyze financial reports, and support sales, profit, and market-share targets.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Berlin, Germany.
• Experience or capability in warehouse, store, or production operations supervision.
• Knowledge of inventory management, operational standards, and process implementation.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data and prepare reports.
• Ability to coordinate across headquarters, marketing, and supply chain functions.
• Ability to train and empower operational staff.
