What you will do

• Deliver medical care to members in homes, shelters, offices, public places, and on the street.
• Facilitate virtual provider visits and follow medical orders.
• Perform clinical skills within the applicable scope, training, and policies, including IV insertion, medication administration, 12-lead EKGs, and phlebotomy where permitted by local regulations.
• Conduct emergency home visits, facilitated longitudinal-care visits, outreach visits, specimen collection, and MIC-only follow-ups.
• Review equipment, communications, and scheduled visits at the start of each shift.

Requirements

• Current EMT Paramedic certification required.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Ability to complete medical clearance requirements, including evidence of immunity to MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella, and a TB screen, unless an approved medical or religious accommodation applies.
• Ability to perform member-facing community-based clinical care.
