Operator (Clinical Assessments)

Location: New York, United States; on-site

Salary: $24–$28 per hour

What you will do

• Welcome, assist, and guide members throughout their clinic visits.
• Perform clinical assessments including vital signs, grip strength, eye pressure, ECGs, point-of-care tests, and phlebotomy.
• Maintain examination rooms and follow infection-control standards.
• Document assessments accurately and update member records.
• Collaborate with Operators and clinical staff to improve workflows and clinic quality.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a patient-facing role.
• At least 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
• Experience performing EKGs.
• Current Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• Customer service or hospitality experience in healthcare, retail, or another service industry.

Nice to have

• Certified Medical Assistant certification.
• Phlebotomy certification.
