Space Planning & Projects Specialist (Workplace Planning)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel; on-site five days per week

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate office and laboratory conversions, workplace renovations, space reconfigurations, and campus improvement projects.
• Develop space plans, layouts, test fits, and architectural drawings for offices, laboratories, common areas, and other campus environments.
• Plan and allocate space across the Jerusalem campus and additional hirify.global sites as needed.
• Translate organizational needs, headcount changes, and business requirements into effective workplace solutions.
• Support projects from initial requirements and programming through design, execution, handover, and occupancy.
• Align planning and project solutions with global workplace, design, seating, and construction standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in architectural planning, interior design, construction, or project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline, or an Architectural Engineering Practical Diploma.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit through academic projects, internships, or professional work.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
