Senior Product Builder, Creator (Ecommerce)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 USD annual base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission; equity is also provided.

What you will do

• Own creator-facing product surfaces including onboarding, storefronts, affiliate tools, earnings dashboards, discovery, and daily engagement workflows.
• Diagnose creator problems using feedback, support tickets, usage data, market signals, office hours, and user interviews.
• Shape product solutions through clear user flows, rough wireframes, concrete proposals, and explicit scope and tradeoffs.
• Ship features into production and stay close to their behavior, performance, and failure points after launch.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, UXR, and Data to deliver products at high velocity.
• Define metrics for creator engagement, earnings, retention, and satisfaction while balancing roadmap bets with iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience shipping consumer-facing or creator/influencer products.
• Track record of turning ambiguous problems into shipped products rather than only specifications or presentations.
• Strong design instinct, including sketching flows, critiquing interfaces, and reasoning about user experience.
• Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, and data models, with the ability to collaborate substantively with engineers.
• Deep understanding of creator monetization, audience growth, and creator tooling.
• Experience in a fast-moving, small-team environment with significant ownership and accountability.
