Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Insights (AI)

Location: Remote, with the option to work from home, from the Boston office, or a mixture of both. Travel to Boston for planning and business reviews is required quarterly, with up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and related events.

Salary: $161,000–$213,000 annual total target cash compensation, including base salary and bonus target.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the restaurant partner Reporting and Insights platform, including in-product reporting and external APIs.
• Expand reporting capabilities and deliver insights and AI-powered recommendations that help restaurant partners grow their businesses.
• Use customer research and data to shape, communicate, and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives with Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, and Product Management.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, improve partner experiences, and keep the marketplace competitive.
• Create and monitor metrics that measure product success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace environment.
• Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience building high-quality experiences across platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, including working with data and developing hypotheses.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work across functional areas.
