Senior Product Manager, Product Foundations (Fintech)

Salary: $166,000–$214,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Reporting & Analytics pod within Product Foundations.
• Define how customers and partners access, query, and act on company data through reports, natural-language questions, web, MCP, and Slack.
• Partner with backend engineering on data modeling, query design, performance, architecture, and API design.
• Collaborate with frontend, design, operations, customer success, and cross-domain product teams on shared data surfaces.
• Conduct research, build cases, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact through the full product development lifecycle.
• Define contracts and boundaries for shared infrastructure and support adoption across the technology organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
• Strong understanding of product management practice and the product development lifecycle.
• Experience leading complex cross-team initiatives from ideation through execution.
• Experience leading technical products or a background in computer science or a similar field.
• Experience building new products from 0 to 1 and shipping continuous improvements to products at scale.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer empathy, and user-experience skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth company, including founder or general manager experience.
• Experience building products in regulated domains such as fintech or healthcare.
• Experience using AI tooling in day-to-day work.
• Experience with late-stage or mature B2B SaaS products.
