Business Analytics Specialist (RCS)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate global RCS analytics, pricing, and high-impact business and operational projects.
• Analyze pricing, routing, margin, and gross profit performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain and improve RCS connectivity terms, pricing, and coverage data across global and regional markets.
• Provide analytics, pricing recommendations, anomaly detection, and customer insights to Sales, Product Success, and Go-to-market teams.
• Support new pricing models, billing logic, differentiated pricing, and commercial frameworks for RCS products and carrier partnerships.
• Coordinate projects with Billing, Product, Development, Connectivity, Legal, Data Intelligence, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Experience in business analytics, pricing, commercial operations, telecommunications, CPaaS, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with complex datasets, pricing models, margin analysis, and operational reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, or generate business insights.
• Ability to coordinate complex cross-functional projects and communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with RCS, messaging products, mobile operators, or carrier partnerships.
• Exposure to pricing strategy, billing systems, or commercial framework development.
• Knowledge of routing, delivery rates, network identifiers, or capability checks.
