Business Analyst & Rollout Coordinator (SAP S4/HANA)

What you will do

• Coordinate AGORA SAP S/4HANA rollout activities across the Europe and Africa region.
• Connect business stakeholders, IT, process owners, product owners, deployment teams, and local organizations.
• Document current-state processes, compare them with future-state processes, and support process harmonization.
• Coordinate workshops, fit-gap discussions, process reviews, readiness assessments, and rollout milestones.
• Track requirements, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and open actions while preparing management updates.
• Support change management, business testing, defect tracking, UAT, business sign-off, and lessons-learned activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Transformation Consultant, Commercial Project Manager, Process Expert, or in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP transformations, SAP implementations, or large-scale business transformation programs, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of business processes across Procurement and Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance and Controlling, Sales, and Customer Management.
• Strong process analysis, business requirements, stakeholder coordination, communication, moderation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in Commercial Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Project Execution, Service Business, the energy sector, or project-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of hirify.global processes, organizational structures, SPIRIDON, and AGORA.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
