Salary: EUR 5,000 - 7,500 per month (gross)

What you will do

• Analyze, document, and manage functional and technical requirements for Grid Analysis and SNSC solutions.
• Create user stories, technical specifications, and detailed project documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate requirements between business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
• Translate complex energy system use cases (voltage control, network security, load-flow) into actionable requirements.
• Support the modernization of EMS/SCADA solutions and contribute to AI/ML initiatives.
• Ensure requirement traceability and support technical acceptance and release planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis in complex technical environments.
• Deep domain knowledge of power systems (grid security, state estimation, network calculations).
• Experience with EMS, SCADA, or similar utility grid operation platforms.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above
• German: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above
