Salary: EUR 5,000–7,500 per month gross. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Analyze, document, and manage functional and technical requirements for Grid Analysis and SNSC solutions within the MCCS program.
• Create requirements, user stories, technical specifications, decision records, and other release-ready documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate requirements with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Analyze energy-system use cases covering power system stability, voltage control, network security, state estimation, load-flow calculations, and grid monitoring.
• Support the modernization of EMS/SCADA solutions, including development, testing, technical acceptance, and release planning.
• Contribute to scalable and interoperable MCCS solutions, including AI/ML initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis within technically complex system landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and energy technology, including grid security analysis, voltage control, power system stability, curative system management, state estimation, and network calculations.
• Experience with EMS, SCADA environments, grid operation systems, or related utility platforms.
• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, user stories, backlog management, and functional and technical specifications.
• Strong Agile, stakeholder communication, and workshop facilitation skills; familiarity with IREB, BABOK, or similar frameworks.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above and German at Upper-Intermediate level or above required.
