Analyst, Research Consulting (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of research methodologies and research materials.
• Manage vendors and project documentation.
• Conduct desk research and open-ended coding.
• Support data analysis across qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Develop reports and presentations based on research findings.
• Contribute to client proposal development and collaborate with project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Life Sciences, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in market research or consulting, including client presentations, proposals, and research reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluency in English and Croatian is required.
