Business Analyst & Rollout Coordinator (SAP HANA)

Location: Hybrid work in Spain, Romania, Portugal, or Croatia; the conditions also mention Madrid and Tres Cantos.

What you will do

• Coordinate AGORA rollout planning and execution across Europe and Africa.
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, process owners, product owners, deployment teams, and local organizations.
• Analyze current-state processes and compare them with future-state SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Support process harmonization, workshops, fit-gap discussions, readiness assessments, and change management.
• Track requirements, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions, milestones, and rollout progress.
• Support business testing, defect tracking, UAT, business sign-off, management reporting, and lessons-learned activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, information technology, systems engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, transformation consultant, commercial project manager, process expert, or in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP transformation, SAP implementations, or large-scale business transformation programs, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of commercial and operational processes, including Finance and Controlling, Project Management, Procurement and Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Management, and related functions.
• Strong process analysis, process modeling, analytical, communication, moderation, presentation, project coordination, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global, the energy sector, project-driven organizations, SPIRIDON, or AGORA.
• Knowledge of Commercial Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Project Execution, or Service Business.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
