First Finance Hire (AI)

hirify.global builds autonomous systems that help doctors' offices handle administrative busywork and complete daily workflows.

What you will do

• Build hirify.global's financial operations from the ground up and transition finance from founder-led processes to a scalable function.
• Establish reporting for key metrics including active practices, ACV, ARR, net dollar retention, churn, and payback period.
• Build and maintain the financial operating model, scenario plans, budgets, quarterly actuals, and monthly reporting.
• Own the monthly close and deliver accurate financial statements for leadership.
• Partner with the CEO on fundraising, including data-room preparation, diligence, and investor communications.
• Develop AI-native finance infrastructure and lead strategic work across pricing, sales commissions, and revenue operations.

Requirements

• Experience building operating models, scenario plans, and unit economics from scratch in a startup environment.
• Hands-on experience closing books, managing vendors, and running payroll.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for founders, board members, and investors.
• Track record implementing finance systems and building processes from scratch without over-engineering.
• Experience designing AI-native finance workflows or identifying opportunities to eliminate manual work with AI.
• Experience owning or supporting fundraising and managing a transition from outsourced to in-house accounting.

• Experience with revenue operations, pricing strategy, or sales commission structures.
