Insurance Business Development & Strategy Professional (Fintech)

hirify.global develops digital commerce and financial products, including payment infrastructure, insurance solutions, smart credit systems, and AI-powered budgeting tools.

What you will do

• Analyze insurance needs across the hirify.global and fintech ecosystem and develop business plans and financial projections.
• Lead the design, development, launch, and platform deployment of new insurance products.
• Manage product lifecycles, reporting, maintenance, process improvement, and portfolio performance.
• Own revenue, cost management, profitability targets, and P&L performance for the insurance portfolio.
• Develop strategy plans and annual commercial targets with the planning team.
• Collaborate and negotiate with insurance carriers, regulatory bodies, brokers, and internal Tech, Legal, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in business development, product management, or strategy within insurance, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Experience with new product development, marketing and pricing analytics, and end-to-end process redesign.
• Strong understanding of the Turkish insurance landscape and regulatory environment.
• Experience managing external stakeholders, including insurers, aggregators, brokers, agencies, and reinsurers.
• Proven experience managing P&L and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical, communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
