Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prioritize features and execute the product roadmap based on customer and business needs.
• Own strategy, positioning, planning, and competitive analysis for assigned product areas.
• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of product features, from user requests through production rollout.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to guide product improvements.
• Make tactical decisions that address immediate product challenges and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, brokerage, marketing, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Ability to drive end-to-end strategy and execution for a key product area.
• Experience shaping a long-term product roadmap and influencing business decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development and production delivery process.
• Understanding of the roles different systems play in product development and rollout.
