Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own quarterly planning, product-scope metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the roadmap from product vision and feature prioritization through execution and launch.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX design to translate goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Use quantitative and qualitative research to identify customer needs and refine the product experience.
• Coordinate with data science, legal, marketing, sales, finance, and other product teams.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and drive product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-growth, agile product environments, including successful launches.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing customer-facing products.
• Knowledge of fintech and lending/credit, including LOS and LMS systems.
• Experience creating product roadmaps, shaping product vision, supporting go-to-market strategy, and leading UX discussions.
• Ability to use data, hypothesis-driven development, and research to produce actionable insights.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with A/B testing.
• Arabic language fluency.
