What you will do

• Activate existing relationships across Türkiye's gaming ecosystem to identify passive talent.
• Source hard-to-reach candidates through communities, events, referrals, and unconventional channels.
• Create personalized, culturally relevant outreach for candidates in the Turkish gaming market.
• Map the competitive landscape, identify emerging talent, and strengthen hirify.global's local employer brand.
• Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team by sharing sourcing progress, candidate sentiment, and local market insights.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hiring experience in Türkiye's gaming industry and knowledge of local studios, talent, and market dynamics.
• Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills.
• Creative, persistent sourcing approach across communities, events, referrals, and other channels.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
• Ability to work autonomously with structured outreach, clear tracking, and proactive communication.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, tight timelines, and changing priorities.
