What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for global business and corporate functions, including Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, and the CEO Office.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define hiring priorities, organizational needs, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Lead recruitment for senior, niche, and business-critical positions across multiple global regions.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and conduct talent mapping to attract high-caliber passive candidates.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and establish recruiting best practices, interview standards, and sourcing frameworks.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS data to improve pipeline health and hiring quality.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple business and corporate functions.
  • Proven success in hiring senior and niche roles in competitive global markets.
  • Expertise in passive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and networking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, or consulting firms.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
