What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for global corporate functions, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, and the CEO Office.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define hiring priorities, role requirements, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate assessment quality.
  • Establish recruiting best practices, interview calibration standards, and sourcing frameworks.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS data to optimize pipeline health and hiring quality.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple business and corporate functions.
  • Proven success in hiring senior, niche, and business-critical roles across multiple markets.
  • Strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping.
  • High proficiency in stakeholder management and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, or consulting firms.
  • Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Nice to have

  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior recruiters.
  • Familiarity with global hiring practices and compensation structures across multiple countries.
