What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, and other business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
• Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping and market research, and provide hiring and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain accurate ATS records, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruitment process improvements, hiring initiatives, employer branding, and collaboration with recruiters and business leaders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, resilience, adaptability, and proactive execution.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations.
• Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese language skills.
