What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various functions and locations globally.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and business priorities.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate interview processes and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital channels.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions (Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering).
  • English: Fluency required.
  • Location: Must be based in China.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech companies, startups, or high-growth organizations.
  • Additional language capabilities in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese.
