Senior Technical Recruiter (Global)

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, and related technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on hiring requirements, interview strategies, talent profiles, and workforce planning.
• Develop sourcing strategies, talent maps, and pipelines for senior, niche, and business-critical positions across international markets.
• Provide talent-market intelligence, compensation insights, hiring recommendations, and recruitment analytics.
• Mentor junior recruiters and improve sourcing capability, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and hiring practices.
• Maintain ATS records and reporting while tracking pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, hiring quality, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with significant technical hiring exposure.
• Proven experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, AI/ML, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or related technical functions.
• Track record of hiring senior and difficult-to-fill technical positions in competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and related techniques.
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets, technical role requirements, engineering organizations, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and data-informed decision-making skills.

• Experience with global hiring practices, compensation structures, and recruitment across multiple countries.
