What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including Engineering, AI, Data, and Infrastructure.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, talent profiles, and workforce planning.
• Execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent in competitive international markets.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence and compensation insights.
• Mentor junior recruiters to improve sourcing capabilities and assessment quality.
• Establish and refine recruitment processes, interview standards, and hiring best practices.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on technical hiring.
• Proven track record of hiring for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and DevOps roles.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and compensation structures.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies or startups is strongly preferred.
