What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for global corporate functions including Finance, HR, Legal, and the CEO Office.
- Partner with senior leaders to define hiring priorities, organizational needs, and workforce planning strategies.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for high-caliber passive candidates using advanced techniques.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate assessment quality.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS data to optimize pipeline health and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience across all stages.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple corporate functions.
- Proven success recruiting for senior, niche, and business-critical positions across multiple markets.
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, or fast-scaling organizations.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
