What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for global corporate functions including Finance, HR, Legal, and the CEO Office.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define hiring priorities, organizational needs, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for high-caliber passive candidates using advanced techniques.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate assessment quality.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS data to optimize pipeline health and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience across all stages.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple corporate functions.
  • Proven success recruiting for senior, niche, and business-critical positions across multiple markets.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, or fast-scaling organizations.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
