Product Manager - AirLink 5G Routers (IoT)

Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada (Hybrid)

Salary: CAD $95,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, positioning, and three-year roadmap for the AirLink networking portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering on features and release schedules while tracking progress, delivery, metrics, and KPIs.
• Partner with marketing, sales, customers, and industry partners on messaging, launches, training, competitive positioning, pricing, and business cases.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, and marketing, including communication between technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in networking, IoT, telecommunications, or related B2B hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, science, engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of wireless networking technologies and the related customer, carrier, and partner ecosystem.
• Ability to influence outcomes in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in public safety, utilities, critical infrastructure, or transportation markets.
• Experience launching B2B technology or retail wireless products.
• Familiarity with edge AI/ML applications.
• Previous experience at networking or IoT companies.
• MBA or another business degree.
